Free My Dell, previously called Dell Support Center, is a program that provides automated technical support, which makes solving and preventing problems in an easy way.
This is my second Dell computer. I like this program because it alerts me to problems better than Windows does. It directed me to Action Center under Control Panel, something I didn't know existed. Now I check it monthly. It gets only a 4, because sometimes it is really slow, but I'm still glad to have it.
